You'll
need Adobe's Acrobat Reader to view any of our schematic
pump drawings. You can download it for free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
If you can see the drawing but it's sideways, click the rotate
drawing icon at the top of the page to rotate it 90° for
easier viewing.

or pump parts directly through Pan
World?

For
aquarium applications, how much heat does the pump transfer
to the water in the tank?
Pan
World
pumps have an extremely low heat transfer rate, especially in
fresh water tanks. For salt water tanks that are very sensitive
to heat changes, a chiller might be necessary.

How
often should I clean my Pan World pump?
The proper cleaning frequency of Pan World pumps depends on
the specific pump application. Environmental variables such
as salt water vs. fresh water, typical debris collection, etc.
can play a factor in determining proper cleaning frequency.
As a general rule, however, you should check the cleanliness
of the pump once every three months. Plus, if you're using a
pump in a salt water environment, it is recommended that you
use a chemical additive that will break down the calcium deposits
that typically form.
